General
❓Do I need to know how to code? No. Mobiroller is designed for everyone. The AI builder handles the technical side. If you can describe what you want, you can build it.
❓Is there a free plan? Yes. The Free plan lets you build 1 app with up to 5 screens. No credit card required.
❓What happens to my app if I downgrade my plan? Your app stays live. You'll lose access to Pro features (custom domain, unlimited screens) but your existing app and data are preserved.
AI Builder
❓Which AI model is best for app building? Claude (Anthropic) is the default and works best for most use cases. You can switch providers in Settings → AI Provider.
❓Is my data sent to the AI provider? Only your prompts and the app structure are shared with the AI provider for generation purposes. Your end-user data stored in Data Tables is never shared.
Publishing
❓Can I use my own domain? Yes, with a Pro plan. Go to App Settings → Domains and add your custom domain.
❓Do I need to submit to the App Store? Not for PWA. For native Android/iOS apps, you export the project and submit it yourself. Mobiroller generates the project; the store submission is up to you.
Data & Privacy
❓Where is my data stored? All data is stored on secure, EU-based infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for details.
❓Can I export my data? Yes. Data Tables can be exported to CSV at any time from the Data section.
